ORGANISE4U FRIENDSHIP RECREATION CLUB (Singles / Meet&Match Member)

By submitting your Application, you are considered to have agreed to these conditions and have made the declaration below. If you disagree, please do not apply.

Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANISE4U FRIENDSHIP RECREATION CLUB (Singles / Meet&Match Member) is open to those who are 21 years and above and is single.
2. Membership will be 1 year from date of acceptance of joining.
3. Please note that you are not eligible for membership if you are separated from your spouse or if your divorce/annulment papers are not available
      at the time of application.
4. All photographs and documents sent to us are non-returnable.
5. All information given will be treated as strictly confidential.
6. You are required to pay a membership fee when you join ORGANISE4U FRIENDSHIP RECREATION CLUB (Meet&Match Member).
      ORGANISE4U reserves the right to change the membership fee anytime and without prior notice. There will be no refund of fees collected.
7. ORGANISE4U reserves the right not to accept your application.
8. Your application will be approved only upon clearance of your payment by the bank and and any other screening processes that ORGANISE4U
      deems fit to maintain its integrity.
9. ORGANISE4U will issue you a Membership Card when your application has been approved. (Applicable to Paid Membership only)
      You are required to produce this card as identification when participating in activities organised by Organise4U and/or its appropriately appointed partners.
10. You must not communicate any message, comment, statement or material which is offensive, objectionable, disparaging, defamatory or illegal for the events
      and activities that was organised by ORGANISE4U
11.ORGANISE4U reserves the right to terminate your membership if the situation warrants it, without prior notice and without the need to give any
      reasons.

Declaration by Applicant

By submitting this form, I declare that :-

1. I am not married
2. When I get married, I will give ORGANISE4U written notice of my marriage with the necessary documentary proof. cease to participate in all
      Organise4U Activities with effect from the date that I register for marriage.
3. I will keep confidential all information that I obtain about other members through my participation in Organise4U Activities, and will continue
      to do so even if and when I am no longer an ORGANISE4U FRIENDSHIP RECREATION CLUB (Singles / Meet&Match Member)
4. I will not solicit information about other members or utilise any unsolicited information for any commercial purposes.
5. I will not hold ORGANISE4U liable should anything untoward happen to me while participating in any Organise4U Activities.
6. I will not hold ORGANISE4U responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information that another person has provided to ORGANISE4U,
      as part of the process of my invitation /recommendations. I will ensure that all details provided by any other persons is true and valid for ORGANISE4U
      necessary usage and processing.
7. The information given in this application are true and correct and I understand that I am liable to be prosecuted for any false and incorrect information given by
      me, or any other person, whom by association with me, has had to provide Organise4U with necessary personal information for the purpose of
      participation in ORGANISE4U Activities.
